Package 1

One-day Package
Host your 1 pm– 10 pm wedding in the Barn for your special day. Eat, dance, and enjoy!
For couples who don’t require extensive preparations! Arrive at 1 pm to check-in and begin getting ready (setup for your photography, simple decorating). You choose the ceremony and reception start times. Our staff will assist you throughout– we’re a full service venue! Invite up to 160 guests to arrive any time.
The two cottages are reserved for the wedding party to prepare themselves and relax throughout the event, from 1pm to 10pm. You and your guests can enjoy the Rec Center amenities, too
The Barn celebration needs to conclude at 10pm so your guests have time to depart safely by 10:30pm.
Please note: there is no sleepover with this package. If you want a sleepover please see Package 2 or 3.
Package 2

2-Day Sleepover Package
Arrive early, spend the entire day having fun and getting ready; celebrate your wedding, dance the night away, then stay overnight with lodging in 2 cottages!
Arrive at 8am to begin setup for your photography and decorations. Choose your ceremony and reception start times. Our staff will assist you throughout the day–we’re a full service venue! Invite up to 160 guests to arrive any time.
Use the two cottages for the wedding party to prepare themselves and relax throughout the day, and then for the overnight sleepover. Everyone can enjoy the Rec Center amenities, too.
The Barn celebration needs to conclude at 10pm so your guests have time to depart safely by 10:30pm.
Then relax with overnight lodging for up to 12 people in the two cottages and Rec Center.
Day 2: sleep in, hang out on the patio, play lawn games, enjoy ping pong in the Rec Center, have brunch (we can cater it!). Checkout is at 11am.
Package 3

3-Day Sleepover Package
Arrive early on Day 1 for an all-day gathering and maybe your rehearsal dinner in the Barn; enjoy overnight lodging in two cottages; enjoy a full day for prep and your wedding celebration; stay overnight again… three days of fun!
Includes morning mimosas and fruit and cheese platters for 10 people!
Day 1: Arrive at 8am. Plan a reunion, BBQ, or any gathering, then have a rehearsal dinner that night (learn more). Enjoy your own music, patio games, start setup & decorating in the Barn, and more. Invite up to 160 guests to arrive any time. Your day concludes at 10pm so your guests have time to depart safely. Items can be left in the barn overnight.
Then you and family and friends can stay overnight in the two cottages for a sleepover for up to 12 people—perhaps visiting relatives or friends from away?
Day 2: on your wedding day, start getting ready as early you want. Enjoy the morning and all the amenities. You could host a breakfast or lunch, too (see our catering options). Choose your ceremony and reception start times. Our staff will assist you throughout the day. Invite your guests to arrive at any time. Have a party the entire day! The two cottages are available for the wedding party to prepare themselves and relax throughout the event. You and your guests can enjoy the Rec Center, too.

Packages 1-3 include:
Decor, Seating, Tableware
These 3 packages include up to 160 chairs with cushions, 16 tables (rectangular 3′ x 8′ ), with table runners and cloth napkins; tasteful seasonal decor; a lovely outdoor patio and ceremony area; green lawns, a tent area, and of course indoor bathrooms.
Our catering plans also include a wide variety of decor, and can include displayware, glassware, and tableware, plus water pitcher table service, coffee/tea/sodas (called a “soft beverage plan”).
Two cottages
Every package includes use of the Cape and Saltbox cottages for getting ready and even sleepovers.
Each cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with gas oven-range, appliances, cookware, and tableware included—handy for cooking breakfast or meals throughout your stay.
Our overnight packages include Lodging for 10-12 guests in 2 charming cottages, with quality Queen and Twin XL beds total. Linens and hotel-style toiletries are included. Cleaning service included after checkout.
Rec Center
The Rec Center has a ping-pong table, darts, board games and books & magazines for your enjoyment. Relax on the sofas, watch TV, and bond with your wedding party and your guests. There is a sand volleyball court, cornhole, bocci, and horseshoes, too.
WiFi Internet
High-speed internet via WiFi is included. The signal is available in barn and in all buildings.
Rehearsal Walk-through
Package 1 and Package 2 include an optional 2-hour rehearsal walk-through on a separate day before your wedding, in the morning or afternoon at the Barn.
Package 3 (rehearsal dinner) includes plenty of time for a rehearsal walk-through on the first day, and any other festivities you can dream up for your 3-day event!
Other Services
Catering Service
We are also a full service caterer and provide all the food at our events. Whether for your rehearsal dinner, acocktail reception after your ceremony, the main wedding meal, or a farewell brunch, our in-house catering service featuring our chef and kitchen team will amaze you!

Bartending Service
Barn Lights is required to provide the bartending service for all events onsite (weddings, dinners, receptions and cocktail hours, morning mimosas, etc.). Your Bartending Plan is a separate budget from the Packages above.
You can provide alcoholic beverages for your guests in any style: full or partial prepaid options; a full or partial open bar; drink tokens; or go with a cash/credit bar for your guests to buy their own.
