Micro-Wedding Package 4

Micro-Wedding (half-day)
Host your 2 pm– 8 pm wedding in the Barn for your special day. Wed, Eat, Dance, Celebrate!
Just right for couples who prefer a micro-ceremony with 50 guests or fewer. You and your wedding party arrives at 2 pm to check-in and begin getting ready (setup for your photography, simple decorating). The ceremony is at 4 pm and the reception cocktail hour is from 4:30 pm–5:15 pm. Dinner is 5:15 pm – 6:30 pm.
Invite up to 50 guests to arrive by 4 pm. The Barn celebration concludes at 8 pm so your guests have time to depart safely by 8:30pm.
The two cottages are reserved for the wedding party to prepare themselves and relax throughout the event.
Our staff will assist you throughout– we’re still a full-service, high-touch venue!
A few special conditions apply:
- We prioritize full-size weddings on Saturdays, so Fridays and Sundays are preferred for micro-weddings. Monday through Thursday dates also receive our Midweek 10% discount!
- The Rec Center is not available with this plan, for storage or guest use.
- There is no sleepover with this package. If you want a sleepover please see Package 2 or 3. We may be able to rent the cottages under separate price.

Package 4 includes:
Decor, Seating, Tableware
All packages include up to 50 chairs, 10 tables (rectangular 3′ x 8′ ), with table runners and cloth napkins; tasteful seasonal decor; a lovely outdoor patio and ceremony area; green lawns, a tent area, and of course indoor bathrooms. Our catering packages also include decor, and can include displayware, glassware, and tableware!
Two cottages
This package includes use of the Cape and Saltbox cottages for getting ready, from 2pm–8pm.
Each cottage is tastefully decorated, and has: 2 bedrooms (Saltbox) and 3 bedrooms (Cape), a bathroom and shower, and a fully-equipped kitchen with gas oven-range, fridge, cookware, and tableware.
WiFi Internet
High-speed internet via WiFi is included. The signal is available in barn and in all buildings.
Rehearsal Walk-through
This Package 4 Micro-Wedding includes a 1-2 hour walkthrough on an available day before your wedding.

Catering Service
We are also a full service caterer and provide all the food at our events. Whether for your rehearsal dinner, acocktail reception after your ceremony, the main wedding meal, or a farewell brunch, our in-house catering service featuring our chef and kitchen team will amaze you!

Bartending Service
Barn Lights is required to provide the bartending service for all events onsite (weddings, dinners, receptions and cocktail hours, morning mimosas, etc.). Your Bartending Plan is a separate budget from the Packages above.
You can provide alcoholic beverages for your guests in any style: full or partial prepaid options; a full or partial open bar; drink tokens; or go with a cash/credit bar for your guests to buy their own.
